Step 1 – Prepare to purchase a home

Keeping your mortgage payment less than or close to a third of your monthly income is a good principle to go by.
Step 2 – Communicate with a real estate agent in Columbus

Step 5 – Find your dream home

Your mortgage lender will give you a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) detailing your closing costs within three days of taking your application.
