Start with the outside of your house, also called your curb appeal. Look at the outside of your home from the view of a passerby. What do you notice first? What would've-been-eye-catching features seem to fade into the background?
Knowing this helps us to decide what actions we can take to draw buyers from the street and into your home. If your house isn't pretty on the outside with retouched paint and blooming garden plants we'll need to tackle those as well. Refer to the Curb Appeal Checklist and boost your home's final selling price.

Could a buyer envision themselves enjoying game night in your living space, reading a good book in your reading nook or getting work done in your home office? We want your home to welcome buyers and give them a sense of easy living. I'll help you do this by suggesting small improvements that enhance your house's features.
I'll advise you take away items that give the illusion of clutter. Table and counter tops should be free and clear. Arts and crafts, sentimental items, family photos, and refrigerator drawings should get stored away too. We'll de-clutter your house. Unattractive or messy areas make your home seem unkempt and buyers have a harder time imagining themselves living there.
I'll look over every room of your home. Enhancements that directly affect your bottom line include fixable like pieces of furniture that should get removed, rooms that need new paint, carpet that needs to be replaced, fixtures that need polishing, and windows that need washing
Potential buyers want to see a home that invites them inside. Everything that could be too personal should be removed in order for your home to impress buyers at every showing.

Setting the Stage
The entire time your house in on the market, we want to engage the buyer's senses. Shadows are important and we'll draw back curtains, and reduce shadows where needed to show off your house. We'll enhance the ambiance with enjoyable music to listen to while guests experience your home and ensure a pleasing scent flows throughout your house. We'll include cozy-looking throws, and place pillows on your couch and bedding. We want buyers to feel like your home is their future home.
