He got quotes to have at least 15 different things shored up at my house to get it ready to be marketed, let the workers in, supervised everything in my absence, and then in 5 days from it hitting the market, rented it out to a tenant I couldn’t feel is more ideal for $3,000 per month, all of which was beyond the high end of my expectations.
Bob knows the area, a lot of people, and I wouldn't consider using a different Realtor for any real estate related services - especially in the downtown market.”
